Breath clean air

At Cammach we believe everyone has a basic need to breathe clean air in all indoor spaces.

This holistic approach reaps benefits for both employees and employers by improving the health and wellbeing in general both physically and mentally. This is conducive to creating conditions for a more efficient and productive workforce.

In addition this provides a bonus to employers in reducing losses through the multiple effects of personnel experiencing ill health.

Through regular maintenance of systems good operating conditions will prevail which in turn avoids unnecessary losses through break down and equipment degradation.

Typical air born pollutants include dust, mould, pollen, fumes, dead skin, bacteria, pathogens and viruses.

Our fundamental approach is to provide the correct amount of fresh air properly filtered and cleaned to ensure high standards of air quality in line with industry best practice.

COVID- 19: regulations, guidance and industry standards

At Cammach we stress the importance of re-evaluating existing ventilation systems in the workplace. Taking the opportunity to modernise and improve the systems whilst continuing regular maintenance incorporating duct cleaning and regular filter changes. All maintenance activities are required to be clearly recorded and backed up with evidenced certification to confirm regular periodic maintenance.

Cammach can either perform these functions completely or work with the client by providing guidance and assistance to company personnel.

HSE Workplace health, safety and welfare

“Ventilation Workplaces need to be adequately ventilated. Fresh, clean air should be drawn from a source outside the workplace, uncontaminated by discharges from flues, chimneys, or other process outlets, and be circulated through the workrooms. Ventilation should also remove and dilute warm, humid air and provide air movement which gives a sense of freshness without causing a draught. If the workplace contains process or heating equipment or other sources of dust, fumes or vapours, more fresh air will be needed to provide adequate ventilation. Windows or other openings may provide sufficient ventilation but, where necessary, mechanical ventilation systems should be provided and regularly maintained”.

Returning to work with confidence and the key importance of effective ventilation and premium air quality.

“As businesses start to consider bringing staff back into work premises, a number of issues need to be considered for the safety of everyone entering buildings. Government guidelines should be followed (see government websites for the most up to date information).”
